6 Essential Nutrients

People often ask me which is the most important nutrient to prioritize in their diets and my answer is always the same: all of them! These nutrients are all necessary for your body in different ways and work together to maintain health and balance. Of course, we all need different amounts of each nutrient based on our lifestyle, health history, exercise level, genetics and more.

It’s in session where we’ll discover which nutrients are necessary to prioritize for a therapeutic benefit based on your goals and symptoms. Remember: there’s no one-size-fits-all protocol for health - blanket statements about “eat this, avoid that” should be considered with caution.
