I can relate! I always thought it was just the way I was until I started learning about physiology, human biochemistry and nutrition. I put myself on a protocol and ultimately changed the way I viewed food and nourishment. I now live free from anxiety and low motivation, I have tons of energy and have been able to do things I never would have thought possible before (like climbing mountains, backpacking in the rugged wilderness & starting a private practice).

It’s NOT just you and there IS something more you can do about it! I’m passionate about helping people discover the healthiest and happiest versions of themselves because I know it can be done with the right partner in your corner.

Understanding the biochemical processes of the body is imperative to whole-person healing. As a functional nutritionist, I’m always looking for the root-cause of what’s going on that we can’t see. Connecting the dots is a major part of my job! I do this by listening to your full story so I can paint the picture of YOU and ultimately identify what’s the missing (or excessive) factor that’s leading to your symptoms.
