How to stock a whole-foods pantry

Some of my clients initially reached out to me because they were having a hard time making dietary changes on their own, others had to see a nutritionist to manage a new or chronic health condition, and some found me because “adulting is hard” and they needed support regarding food choices, meal prepping, grocery shopping & cooking. Most had some sort of unlearning or unpacking to do about food and wellness because of a lifelong (toxic) relationship with diet culture. Despite coming to me for different reasons, I noticed that I spent a lot of time in sessions educating people about how to swap to a whole-foods diet. Along with individualized care and recommendations for each person, I made a list of “whole-foods pantry essentials” to inspire their next grocery shopping adventure.

Download a free PDF that I give to my clients to help make stocking your pantry a bit easier. You can also download my Grocery Shopping Checklist to help guide your menu planning and next trip to the grocery store.

I hope your next meal is delicious, nutritious and satisfying - cheers!
