Smoked Salmon Cracker Appetizer

Smoked salmon with fresh radishes, chive & cream cheese on pita crackers

Ingredients:

  • 20 whole wheat pita crackers (I like Trader Joe’s whole wheat with flax pita crackers)

  • 1/4 cup cream cheese

  • 2 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped

  • 1/4 cup radishes, thinly sliced

  • 4 oz smoked salmon, thinly sliced

  • salt & black pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Mix cream cheese and chives in a small bowl. Add a pinch of salt and several grinds of fresh cracked black pepper. Spread a small amount on each cracker.

  2. Add a sliced radish on top of the cream cheese layer, followed by a thin slice of smoked salmon. Finish the plate with a pinch of salt and more black pepper. Enjoy!
